You are required to provide your email address and postal address upon ordering. This is in order to allow us to contact you to both confirm your order and provide communications regarding your order; for example, should there be an issue with fulfilment for any reason. By providing your email address and postal address you agree for us to be able to send you marketing emails, including from select third parties. Your contact details will not be passed on to any third parties. If you don't wish to receive such emails, please just notify us at any time.
 
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

The information provided on this website does not seek to diagnose disease or to replace medical advice. Natures Mineral Ltd believes that proper medical advice should be sought in the first instance. We believe you should always exercise caution when choosing and taking nutritional supplements and herbal remedies. Products you wish to purchase should be discussed with your health practitioner if you are currently under prescribed medication to avoid any potential contra-indications. We always recommend that you seek advice from your doctor, independent health adviser or pharmacist if you are at all uncertain.

Governing Law
Each and every transaction carried out is deemed to be completed within the United Kingdom and therefore shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law. The terms of this charter (and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claims of whatever nature in relation to them) shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation thereto.

Re-Sale of our products
Please note that all products which are made available on our website are for your personal use only and you may not sell or re-sell any of the products to anyone, including making them available for sale on any third party website. We reserve the right to cancel any orders to you where we believe that you are intending to sell our products on.

Shipping policy

Costs
Natures Mineral Ltd offers free shipping on all orders across the UK over the cost of £40. Speed of delivery will be shown prior to purchase, although this may change depending on a number of external factors outside of the control of the company (i.e. bank holidays, weekends, festive periods, courier strikes etc).

All orders will be traceable by both parties so if you have not received your product and want to know where it is in transit feel free to email us at hello@naturesmineral.co.uk.

Processing Times
Orders received by 12pm on a normal weekday will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 12pm on a normal weekday will be dispatched the following day. Orders received on the weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday except where that Monday is a bank holiday. The office is closed on bank holidays, any orders received on this day will be dispatched on the next working day.

Returns and Cancellations
A full refund can be issued on your first purchase provided the product is unopened, remains in the original packaging and returned to our depot within 14 days of your purchase. The cost to return the product is your obligation, Natures Mineral Ltd will not fund this activity.

Address of where the product was sent
Date of purchase
Date you received the product
Your contact telephone number
Your order reference number (included in the confirmation email following checkout)
Reason for the return

Our team will work to get your refund processed as quickly as possible and in some cases will attempt to make contact with you to understand your situation in more detail to support future business improvements.

Please be sure to check the Royal Mail website regularly to ensure there is no planned delivery disruption for the days you want to order. Natures Mineral Ltd can take no responsibility for delivery delays once the item has been dispatched via the courier.
