My personal journey includes firsthand experience when my husband was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer at 27. This highlighted the immense impact of diets, stress levels, physical activity, environments, and lifestyles on our health. I firmly believe that a holistic approach to well-being is the key to creating sustainable change. Having faced health and sleep challenges from a young age, I truly understand the modern health cycle. Dealing with my own life-changing condition taught me that underlying imbalances, like deficiencies, significantly impact health. Thriving requires reconfiguring those imbalances. Working as a 1-1 nutritional therapist for Wilderness Nutrition and contributing to supplement formulation for startups and respected companies, I bring in-depth knowledge of what the body needs to thrive, not just survive. Nature's Mineral is all about crafting naturopathic formulations using scientific and traditional wisdom, offering solutions that embody the WHOLE body. I'm a private Nutritional Therapist, registered member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) holding a DipION qualification.
