When you first start using Rest. Recharge. Repair
We recommend halving the amount of spray for the first week of usage, just while the body adjusts to the magnesium. A magnesium deficiency can cause a tingling feeling, but after a week of usage this should subside.
How to use it?
After bath/showering, spray the recommended amount onto your legs and feet, or rub on to your tummy. You can use it on your neck and temples if you have pains or a headache. You can also apply it to any muscles and joints. Once you have massaged it in wash your hands, and that's it!
When to not use it
Don't use it on any cuts, scraps and any red marks your children may have, as this will sting!
